The advantages of using our vacuum blocks:

Standard dimensions for trouble-free replacement
Our vacuum blocks can be used as spare parts for Biesse CNC milling machines with ATS (Advanced Table Setting), CTS (Classic Table Setting) or EPS (Electronic Positioning System) machine table. ATTENTION: not suitable for FT tables. These are systems developed by Biesse for flexible positioning and adjustment of the suction cups on CNC machining centers.

No tolerance in block thickness
Our vacuum blocks are always produced from a whole piece. Therefore, inaccuracies occurring with assembled products can be excluded. Ourvacuum blocks are digitally measured and always produced exactly at the respective height. There are therefore no tolerances for different batches. With our vacuum blocks you can increase the drilling accuracy to make face holes.

Extra strong hold to prevent material slipping
The vacuum blocks are rubber-coated and thus ensure a noticeably better grip when milling parts. The rubber coating is permanently laminated to the base material using a special process.

The vacuum blocks have no metal inside
Thanks to the one-piece construction of our vacuum blocks do not need metal screws for assemblies. Thanks to the milled coupling on the underside, the sealing ring can be fixed with plastic screws.

Tool-friendly construction material in case of collisions
In case of accidental collisions between blocks and tools it is important not to damage the machine. For this we have chosen a special material for the construction of our blocks. Thanks to its density in case of impact, compared to the material of the classic vacuum blocks made with HPL panels, with our blocks it is often possible to avoid broken cutters and misaligned axes.
